The 2015-2016 school year (May 2015 to March 2016) started on 6 May 2015. To date, over 160 students are currently studying at our school with many more expected to registered within the coming weeks. In this new school year, we extended our school hours by another 30 mins to allow more subjects to be incorporated into the curriculum. Our Grade 6 to 9 students will now get to learn history and geography.

The older girls will continue their sewing training. They have sewn several products and we were able to sell them to visitors, volunteers and overseas supporters. As a result, these girls can take home an allowance to supplement their household income. This year, we will once again have volunteers teachers from Global Vision International or GVI to teach English and healthcare lessons to our students on a regular basis.

The 92 sqm Design & Technology Workshop is completed. The older boys can now learn basic skills on metal work, carpentry and electrical work. Thanks to Belmont Baptist Church and Belmont Christian College (Newcastle, Australia) for making this possible.

All these are made possible by the donations and support from our generous donors. Thank you all so much and God bless you all.
